Enforced by code
- Only a wallet meeting the PYDR minimum can claim.
- A wallet cannot claim more than its assigned allocation.
- Sponsored claims transfer PONS only to the eligible address.
- Every completed claim emits a public receipt.
Controlled by the owner
- The owner assigns wallet allocations.
- The owner can change the minimum holding.
- The owner can recover unused PONS.
- Funding the pool does not automatically create holder allocations.
